Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Please email email@example.com to cancel an order. If you have been sent goods, email within 14 days of receiving them. We will assign you a tracking number and confirm address for returns.
Include in your package a return address and contact number. Please return goods within 14 days of your cancellation email. You must pay the return costs.
If you want a full refund, including original basic delivery costs, then the condition of the goods must allow them to be resold for the same price.

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened, unless they are faulty. These include CDs and DVDs. We will check for any faults with original manufacturers. If found to be faulty, an exchange can be arranged instead of a refund. CDs and DVDs still in their cellophane wrapper can be exchanged.
Worn, used, or altered goods will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless faulty.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on a flat shipping rate no matter how much you order.
