FUNBOX present HOW TO BE A SUPERHERO.

It’s time to pull on your spandex, dive into your capes and head up, up and away with Funbox! Join Anya, Kevin, Gary and Bonzo for some super soar-away singalong silliness as they take the steps needed to become ultimate heroes! But what do superheroes eat? Is super smell a proper power? And how do we get our keys to open the Funbox?

Packed with classics like ‘Leapfrog’ and ‘Bear Hunt’, Funbox favourites and new songs too, HOW TO BE A SUPERHERO is the ideal treat for all your little (and big) caped crusaders.

Come dressed as a Superhero to join in the fun! Pants over trousers encouraged but not mandatory.

Bringing a wealth of experience from their days as performers and writers with The Singing Kettle, Anya Scott-Rodgers, Kevin Macleod and Gary Coupland MBE present their fun-filled show for all the family, maintaining the balance of traditional and new songs, but with a distinctly Scottish flavour. FUNBOX have toured extensively across Scotland to venues like The S.E.C, Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, His Majesty’s Theatre in Aberdeen and The King’s Theatre in Edinburgh, as well as appearances at events such as Celtic Connections, Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival and Glasgow Life’s ‘Big Music For Minis’. At the heart of every show is the magical but mysterious FUNBOX, which contains everything you need to sing a song or have an adventure, but it can only be unlocked with one of our special keys! Can you help us find them?
