IT'S 2015!!!!
3 Jan 2015

We hope you have had a fantastic Christmas and are now looking forward to wonderful 2015.

It’s an exciting time, and new beginning, for Anya, Gary, Kevin and Bonzo, as they inch closer to their first shows as FUNBOX.

– Your support on our social media pages has been amazing – more than 5,500 likes on Facebook already! Thank you so much, you don’t know how much it means to us.

– ‘Pirates and Princesses’ will launch at the SECC in Glasgow on March 1st, with both shows being filmed for our debut DVD. Come along, you could be part of the fun. See our Live Shows page for details.

– The coming weeks will also see the big reveal of Funbox’s second show, with lots of dates for your diaries (and more being added all the time), as well as news of Funbox goodies you’ll soon be able to get your hands on. Don’t worry you won’t miss it, it’ll be all over our website and social media. We’ll also be putting together our first Newsletter too – don’t forget to sign up for it.

– There’s also going to be a big announcement, very soon, about how YOU can get involved in making Funbox happen.

You are all amazing.

Language Ambassadors
28 Nov 2014

Funbox are delighted to tell you that Anya, Gary and Kevin have been invited by Education Scotland to become Scot’s Language Ambassadors. We will be working with an assigned school to encourage the exploration of Scots in everyday use and how it has evolved and developed. We think the use of songs and rhymes is an excellent way to make it fun and interesting.

Funbox are very honoured to be asked. We’ll keep you updated on how these visits progress over the coming months.

Wow! What a response we’ve had to the launch of FUNBOX on Facebook on Twitter. Over 2200 ‘likes’ on Facebook, and rising, in just a few days. We know we have the best fans in the world. Thank you so much for all the kind words and good wishes. You guys are as much a part of making FUNBOX happen as we are. Keep up the good work Funboxers!

Tickets are on sale now for ‘Pirates and Princesses’ at some venues with more coming online everyday. So far Dundee Whitehall, Adam Smith in Kirkcaldy and MacRobert in Stirling. Ticketmaster should be coming any day too. It’s very exciting.

Keep checking back for details of tickets at a venue near you, including news of the DVD filming day at SECC on March 1st.

News coming soon of dates for our second show. We’ve got some fantastic bookings for festivals, theatres and galas.

We really aim to take FUNBOX to as many places as we can.
